Q.

I m a lactating mother of 6 and half month son, what kind of fruits and vegetables I can eat? I have reduced so much weight and can u please suggest me some food chart wat I should eat?

A. hello dear you can have all fruits. Have 4 to 5 meals. Consume more protein rich food, like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits band vegetables,like methi, carrot,garlic, Bottle Gourds, Whole Grains Sprouted spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.
