other breastfeeding mother are exempted from fast ...

if ur child eats baby food or other soft foods then u increase it in the baby diet and only breastfeed before going to sleep or twice a day

umm MaryamMom of a 3 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. keep yourself hydrated as much as possible and eat the healthy food filled with lot of proteins. Include fenugreek, coconut, drumstick, apricots, Rava, Almomd milk, oats, carrots etc in your diet. Also the most important thing is being active and resting whenever possible. Try to have enough calories to produce milk in the pre dawn meal and post breaking fast. Try have good sleep and reduce stress. hopefully it will help you in the journey of fasting without weakness and tiredness
