Q.

I m 6 weeks pregnant n Dr. Told me two sacs were visible in by first ultrasound is it final that m. Having twins or I should wait for 8 weeks ultrasound for further confirmation

A. most of the times you may be getting the correct information in ultrasound and it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem

A. It's possible to see twins (or more) on an ultrasound at around six weeks, though one baby may be missed at this early stage. Sometimes a heartbeat is seen in one sac, but not in the other. Rescanning in a week or two may reveal a second heartbeat, or the scan may show that one sac is growing and the other still empty.
