Q.
i m 6 month old mother (c section)but I have some back pain issue in night after sleeping.... it's normal or not... plz let me suggest..

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician11 months agoA. First if all start sleeping on a hard bed and take hot water bag abd apply volini gel and avoid forward bending and use a belt to support your lower back and take good rest

That is actually because of the epidural that you got done into your spine at the time of C-section delivery that can actually lead to this kind of a back pain with lot of women so that is probably the reason behind it further if you want I would recommend you to kindly consult a doctor once
