Q.

I'm 36weeks pregnant, my random glucose test (RBS) is 160mg/dl, after meal(after 1 hr) , is this gestational diabetes

A. The level is on higher side and you need to Have proper follow up with a diabetal logist and follow proper diet to reduce sugar intake starting with regular daily walking and mild exercise
