Q.

I m 23 weeks pregnant I had undergone cervical encircled 1month back as cervical length was2.5 at present cervical length is 2.5 in sonography I m working woman can I climb stairs daily??

A. may not be advised And also it is advisable for the to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for some investigations also depending on the need o k

A. hi please avoid it. better to take rest and please do as per your doctor's suggestions as they know well about your health. take Healthy and nutritious diet.

Q. i had a previous twin pregnancy abortion at 18 weeks due to cervical incompetence.now i am 22 weeks 1 day pregnant singleton pregnancy.at 14 weeks my cervical length was 2 cm with os closed.i had undergone cervical stitch at 14 weeks.i am on weekly progesterone injections from then. after encerclage my cervical length incresed to 2.6 cm till 20 weeks.doctor said is it normal due to fluid collection cervical length increased.but now yesterday my cervical length again became 2 cm.and doctor advised strict bed rest with foot elevation..will my bed rest with foot elevation help??
