i hv my son of 9 months suffering from fever ,given paracetamol and gives relief,but after 1 hour fever rises again.can we give paracetamol after 3 hours r more

A. in case do tepid sponging to bring down temp. you may repeat paracetamol in 4 hours as well..it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
