my baby is suffering from fever I hv given paracetamol he vomited suddenly but only water comes out not syrup shall I put paracetamol again or wt

A. Hello, your baby boy is 30 months old and he is having a fever so paracetamol was given but he vomitted immediately so you should repeat it after 5/10 minutes

A. before giving paracetamol he drank water so vomited water am not finding syrup
