my baby fallen from bed and after 2,3 hour he got fever .I also given paracetamol but fever is coming again.

A. U Repeat the medicine again after six hours if the fever is coming in also start doing cold sponging on the entire body if the fever is increasing as of now continue with the medicine to take the temperature every two hours and also please consult your paediatrician tomorrow one time because that would definitely be important
