I havent sleep in afternoon time after my delivery will it effect my back pain

A. no no. tgese are all myths. yiu must stay active n avoid too much rest. taje up bsck exercise nots of calcium rich foods a well to help in that ok

A. Here iam not sleeping 2 hours in a whole day 24*7🥺
