I haven't got menstruation started since 5.5months after delivery. Is there a chance of conceiving ?

If you had unprotected intercourse then yes there is a chance of conceiving and for that you have to do a pregnancy test two weeks after the last intercourse to get accurate results. Keep using contraception until you get your cycles and you can wait even up to one year after giving birth for them to come spontaneouslyWrite Your Answer Here
