madam my husband is coming on 40days leave next mnth is there any chance of conceiving. i have my periods 1st date of every month

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. if you have regular menses mostly the ovulation time is around 14th day to 18th day so try to have more of contacts during this time so as to increase the chances of conception

you can check ovulation on ovulation meter..
do intercourse on 7 th day to 15 th ( alternately in these unsafe days will also do ) of 1st day of your period..follow healthy nutritious diet both of you..
do cycling exercise lightly after intercourse lying in bed..
