Q.

I have underwent c section 3 months back suddenly yesterday I have seen very light bleed from urine and Iam suffering with lower abdomen pain

A. it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor and get it properly physical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear thisde...here thereafter you can consult with your doctor and get further suggestions regarding the query to clear all your doubts in proper way which would be helpful here .
