I have undergone C section 4 months ago, and my weight us increasing day by day, what's the best to control the same??

A. hi yes ,it happens so ,take couple of bites less than usual. prefer to take green veggies, fresh fruits,salad , sprouts etc more avoid taking Junk food items. increase your fluid intake.
