Q.
I have two twin baby boy 15 months. One baby got six teeth 4 upper and 2 lower. But other baby didn’t have any teeth yet. What is the reason for this delayed teeth is this serious concern. Is any medication or treatment needs to do pls suggest? Very worried now.

please don't get panic about this matter
you can wait till completion of one and half years
please give daily sun light exposure
