Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradugfally increased . Also take plentyd of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .
Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually so it is said after delivery you have to take very very extra care of yourself tier tummy with the cotton cloth or else you have to use a belt and also you have to apply turmeric powder while taking bath and also apply Aloe Vera gel everyday night
