i have repeated plugged milk ducts even ikon doing warm water fermentation. how can it get relieved?

A. Do hot fomentation or keep warm wet napkin on your breast for 10 -15 minutes and after try to manually express your milk... thecregular express the milk to prevent from accumulating or to prevent from lump in breast.
