#asktheexpert how to treat milk ducts.. I tried salt and warm water but still that white color thing is there.. it's painful

A. This massage gently and do hot compress that is going to help still if you are facing more of a problem in that case you can consult your gynaecologist once or a lactation specialist they will be able to give you a proper help on the situation
