I have pain in side of left breast . I m mother of 1 year old baby . it feels hard at side of breast ..what to do

A. Hello! Try giving a warm compress on the painting area and check if there is any difference or reduction in the pain. Do not self medicate . Consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek medical advice
