use oil free face wash to get rid of the pimples .u can buy mamaearth apple cider vinegar and salicylic acid face wash for pimple prone skin. it is very effective.
Apply lacto calamine lotion on the face before sleeping and wash it next morning to get relief from acne breakout.
For medicines consult ur doctor for the same.
