or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper examination.
Applicatiocn of calamgine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

Sometimes it happens because of change in weather. Try to keep your baby normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently. You should use only baby products and you can go for Babyhug baby products it is one of the best brand in babies products
