Q.
I have got varicose veins that appeared in my first pregnancy.in my second pregnancy it worsened.even now I have them .I can't stand for long time while cooking.it hurts.can anyone suggest me a solution other than surgery

I would suggest some tips which may help:
keep your legs and feet elevated while sitting ,use stool while sitting to support your legs, use pillow while sleeping.
do some exercises which improve blood circulation.
you can apply honey on this as it is best remedy to cure this
or opt for scelerotherapy for this
