There are multiple causes of hair fall like hormonal, nutritional deficiencies, thyroid problems, certain drugs,  post pregnancy hormonal changes.. etc

hello thos can be due to harmonal changes and also have vitamin rich food in the diet and ot is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safue too
