I have delivered 20 days ago ,now I have problem of motion spot one cyst has came what to do. this problem is mother not child

you will have to drink plenty of water and should have some physical activity.
regular walking will help in in decreasing the constipation.
important to take diet which contains fibre and plenty of water.
if constipation doesn't improve it can lead to to piles and bleeding due to its complication
many times constipation medicine is prescribed by the gynecologist if the constipation is not improving with dietary modification.
