Hey Doc I have delivered baby 1 month 20 days ago by caesarean. And i got my period it is good to get period early ?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. yes that totally normal to have periods after delivery immediately also.Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months
no medication is needed for that
you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Yes there is no problem with that as periods have got no connection with your feeding so if you’re feeding Mom also also periods are not going to interfere with that so no worries it’s a completely natural process which can start any time
