Q.

I have deliver baby girl on 01.01.2021 through c section, and i am 20kg over weight, i want to loose my weight pls guide me what exercises i can do so that it wont harm my stiches internally

A. exercising is the best way to reduce your weight but do take care that you should start with daily walking and mild exercise for just few minutes in the starting and then after one month you can go for heavy workout

A. Look I would like to tell you the C-section suggested about 8 to 9 months to heal completely and after that also if you’re gynaecologist advises you to go for an exercise then only you should start working out as of now just eat well feed your baby well and don’t think about exercise for another 5 to 6 months
