Q.

I have c-section one month ago .today I suddenly swallowed pulm seed .now I am very worried. its harm to my internal stiches?

A. NO HARM MY DEAR,IT GOES OUT NEXT MORNING WITH STOOL WITHOUT HARMING YOU.
