I have a thyroid, doctor suggested me to take thyronorm 50 mg, but they didn't told me when to take, please tell me when to take because I am not able to go for hospital

Q. #AskTheExpert Hai mam I am 11 weeks pregnant and i took thyroid test on my 6 th week and it was 13.08 after that doctor gave me Thyronorm 50 mcg . After one month of taking medicine again i did a thyroid test then it was 3.470 then while consultation with the doctor she gave me thyronorm 75 mcg. The scan reports are normal in first scan. Is there anything i need to worry? Or taking higher dose thyronorm from 50 mcg to 75 mcg after reducing my tsh level form 13.08 to 3.470 is ok or i need further consultation?
