I have a concern about my 2-month-old son. Yesterday, we accidentally exchanged normal water with salt water while preparing his formula. Unfortunately, we gave him 60ml of salt water mixed with 2 scoops of powder. Could this cause any harm to my baby? What are the next steps I should take to ensure his safety?
