Q.

I have a ceaserian delivery and I am a mother of 1 month 26 days old baby ...how I reduce my body fat especially my belly fat??

A. hi mom u need to concentrate on ur diet take protein rich diet low fat and low sugar diet .. start exercising after 3 months like brisk walk .. tc

A. Hi mom It is advised to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Till then the stitches are healed internally and externally. Then u can start with yoga, cycling, jogging, dance, gym etc to reduce your belly fat. For now just eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups to recover from weakness after delivery and for healthy milk supply
