I have a c section delivery, can i bend my back?? and what other precautions I have to take??

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. after six weeks in limit. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning no definitely should not bend down make sure that you are taking complete bed rest for at least one and half month after the delivery after that you can start doing light work
