You need to take wholesome nutritious diet which contains balanced amount of fruits ( 2-3 time a day ), vegetables ( 3-4 katori ) , milk and milk products, whole grains and pulses..
Do not take excess intake of ghee, oil, sugar and salt in diet..
water 3-4 litr per day
Do not exert yourself for 3 months as it might cause problem at the site of surgery and may lead to pus formation
Author of questionMom of a 4 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. hi Ritika, thank u so much for your reply. ! yes I am taking milk n eating in moderation. however, due to pandemic and increase in cases, I don't have house help now. so I have to do few chores like cooking and washing my baby's clothes. will this affect my recoevry in long term ?

Hello Mommy, khane peene mein koi parhez nahi , bas Koshish karein ki khana 2-3 hours ke gap mein khayen aur quantity limited ho taake digestion sahi rahe, day mei. 3-4 times milk zarur lein , baaki calcium, iron and vitamin D 6 months tak after delivery. Subah shaam gunguna paani piyen.
