I have a baby of 11 months ,I got my periods when she was 9 month but I did not get my periods for next month,I got again in 11 month ,after delivery irregular period is normal.

A. yes normal in breast feeding. best is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get okThen you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout
