I have a baby boy of 8month old ...in c section dr.give injection on my backbone but till I feel pain on my backbone what to do...

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency.
you should have a proper sixtting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can takex physiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.
advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.
