i have a 20 months daughter..she has fever since 3 days..now at 11.45 pm I gave her calpol at 100 temp...but till now at 2.30 am her temp is same...what should I do...I m worried now

A. If after one hour of giving paracetamol the fever is not coming down then you can give meftal p syrup to the vaby yo reduce body temperature and try to give more liquids to the child
