i have a 2 months old daughter.. and i have tried almost ever possible thing, but i am unable to increase my breast milk production... pls suggest something really helpful..!!

A. Hi mom Have jeera water daily two times a day to increase bm. Have raw papaya (green) in ur diet. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Take care
