Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl2 weeks agoA. Once u quit breastfeeding then h can go for workout and a proper diet for yourself and that’s what is going to helpful and also if h need h can check with a nutrition expert to help h with u with a diet for yourself and thay will b helpful
