I have 4 year baby girl and have 2nd pregnancy but I have issue of high BP after first pregnancy so, you suggest what precautions I have to take during this pregnancy

Since You have high BP issues you should consult a nutritionist get a proper diet plan done for yourself that you are you have to follow through your pregnancy also high BP I feel salt is quite tricky so you should avoid having too much of salt reduce down the intake of salt and consult a nutritionist actually that we do it will be easier for you to manage your pregnancy along with the issue that you’re having
