i have 3.5 month baby..ceserian......when i start exercise for weight loss....

A. After 6-8 week postnatal check, you can start exercising. Try to build up your exercise levels gradually. Start with low impact exercises such as swimming, yoga, brisk walk, etc. It is best to wait for atleast 12 weeks before starting any high impact exercises such as running or weight training.
