c section mother...when i start my exercise for weight loss

A. Hi.. it is recommended that you start a proper workout or exercise routine only once your baby is 6 months old post C section delivery in the meanwhile make sure your taking healthy well balanced diet and keeping yourself physically active

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please start exercise and yoga after the evaluation with your gynecologist and in my opinion and personal experience it should start after six months at least. take care
