i have 27 years ,some times I am getting some pain in my heart like when i suddenly get up and when i doing some work with bend can i follow any exercise or anything

A. it is important to meet the doctor for examination because relevant history has to be evaluatedf along with proper medical check up. meet the doctor for complete examination if neededf the doctor will go for investigations
