Is it necessary to add the powder to the milk because she honestly lot of powder in the market have a lot of sugar into which is why I don’t think it’s a good idea to the doctor don’t approve something healthy make a dry fruit powder add similar amount of nuts black pepper little bit of turmeric as well as saffron into that which would be very healthy
