I had vaginal delivery. My inner labia was swollen one side during pregnancy and it has become thin now but it is hanging separately compared to the other side. What is the reason

it should be result of normal delivery.
in normal delivery , the muscles expand and retract just like an accordian or a rubber band.
so ,some pelvic exercises can help you in this
like kegal exercise , pelivc tilt exercises
etc
but do these exercises only after consulting your gynecologist,if he or she permit it and if there is no other discomfort with it then you can do this.
