I had my periods 29 June it's been almost 2 months I had my last period I got my sonography today what it means am I pregnant..?

It does not seem like anything related to your pregnancy in your report so it’s better to check with your doctor they are going to tell you sometimes it could be due to hormonal imbalance also the report have mentioned somewhere indicating towards PCOD issues so you can just get a check with your gynaecologist
