Hello doctor,My last date of period is 4th june..and in this month from yesterday i have seen spotting so it means sign of coming period??.becoz iam not pregnant.

A. well also check upt. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion

A. Yes If the sporting has started on your period would be on its way maybe you have a period in a day or two certain times do you want to make changes in the body previously sometimes you can have sporting for 3 to 4 days and then your regular period comes
