A. please take easily digestible food and do not take any type of food which is causing more gas formation as per your medical history. also take regular walk and do light exercise if possible and drink plenty of water. see that you are not suffering from constipation.
why not to eat heavy diet like packet foods and outside foods and oily spicy foods and restrict diet is taking non vegetarian diet.
