1)Skin.
2)Subcutaneous fat.
3)Fascia.
4)Muscle.
5)Peritoneum.
6)Uterus.
7)Amniotic Sac
to heal properly you need alteast 100 days, the more you take rest, the fast tissues will join. lifting weight, squatting frequently will may hamper the stiches/ staples/ glue ( whatever procedure doctors used) so please stay active, take rest , eat healthy and enjoy your motherhood for atleast 100days.
