I had c section on 6thNov, my back ache is severe pls advise and also can I get massage done.

A. Hello, your question is related to your health problem like back pain after c section so it’s very better to take calcium and vitamin d3 tablet Shelcal 500 mg daily and consult with your gynaecologist
