I had c-section on 1 august 2022 In diet I’m taking only kichdi Andrea with biscuits What else I can’t eat?

Once you complete your 40 days till the time you have to continue that type of food only and then you can add anything in your regular diet plan. You just have to avoid taking fried and spicy food because it can create gastric issues in babies otherwise you can add anything
