I had c section in sept. still i feel very slight numbness in lower abdomen area on touching. I am massaging every day. rest all is normal . Also pls guide some tips for care in severe winters as I am traveling to a colder place

A. wait for few months for total recovery. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
